VELUM GROUP.
Velum Group is a private investment fund which focuses on operations in real estate sector of Spain, with main office located in Marbella.
Established in 2016, the fund takes part in several projects in Costa del Sol and Costa Brava regions. For today, the investment portfolio of the fund exceeds 200 million euros, while the total land asset is around 280 thousand m² with an estimated construction area of more than 150 thousand m².
The investment policy of Velum Group combines flexibility and sustainable conservatism. Our development projects are directed to consumers with different financial potential, but each project is located in the premium for its segment land.
In general, we are guided by the well-known concept “location, location, location”.
YEREGUI ARQUITECTOS.
Yeregui Arquitectos is an architectural studio based in Marbella, Spain, founded in 1989 by Anton Yeregui Uranga. Over the last 29 years, Yeregui Arquitectos has had an approach to architecture through a wide range of work, from hotels and private houses to restaurants and golf clubs. Based in the south of Spain, the practice has an international reputation, with projects in London, Paris and Berlin, to name a few.
